Yes. Trung Chinh hires young engineers and interns every year for bridge engineering, surveying, safety supervision and BIM design roles. Final-year and soon-to-graduate students are assigned directly to projects, with mentors supporting the early stage.
Engineer income is determined by role and capability. Engineering interns start from VND 5 million/month. Graduating engineers start from VND 12.5 million/month, excluding site allowances and other benefits. Income is reviewed every 6 months.
The recruitment process includes: submit a CV through the website or email → HR screening → technical interview with the relevant team → result notification. For engineering roles, interviews focus on bridge-road technical knowledge and the ability to work on site. Processing time depends on the position; HR will confirm the specific schedule after screening.
Engineers at Trung Chinh can grow through the path: Site Engineer → Lead Engineer → Site Commander → Project Manager. In parallel, the company invests in deeper BIM, cable-stayed bridge and steel-arch bridge construction training. Capable engineers may be assigned responsibility on key projects early.

Salary is transferred by bank on the 20th–25th every month. The company helps workers open bank accounts if needed. In addition to base salary, income includes allowances based on role and worksite conditions.
On-site housing is provided free of charge, with air-conditioning and essential living amenities. The communal canteen serves daily meals; food cost is VND 1,800,000 per 30 days, advanced by the company and deducted from monthly income. The company also supports the first trip to site and Tet transport home.
Yes. Trung Chinh does not require degrees or experience for general labor roles. The company provides free on-site vocational training, including construction skills and safety training. Workers can progress by capability: general labor → helper → skilled worker → foreman.
Social, health and unemployment insurance are contributed in full as required by law from official labor-contract signing. In addition, all workers receive company-paid 24/7 accident insurance, including outside working hours.
